A Night at the Museum: Louvre Abu Dhabi’s After-Dark Experience

To mark its eighth anniversary, Louvre Abu Dhabi invites guests to see the museum in an entirely new light – moonlight.

From 7–8 November 2025, the museum opens its doors late into the night for Night at the Museum, a celebration that transforms the iconic cultural landmark into an immersive, after-dark playground of art, wellness, and wonder.

The programme brings together an extraordinary mix of experiences: from silent disco spin sessions beneath the stars to floating breathwork beneath the dome, flashlight-guided gallery tours, and family film screenings of the much-loved Night at the Museum movie.

Highlights of the Night

Outdoor Film Screening: Night at the Museum

A family favourite returns to the big screen at the Auditorium Plaza, capturing the same magic that unfolds within the museum after hours. Admission is free, with reservations recommended.

Spinning Sessions with CRANK

Louvre Abu Dhabi’s rooftop becomes a high-energy stage as CRANK Fitness hosts laser-lit cycling sessions soundtracked by live DJs. From sunset rides to midnight raves, each hour features a new theme – from Khaleeji rhythms to hip-hop vs R&B.

Floating Immersive Breathwork with Breasy

Under the museum’s dome, guests can drift into stillness through a floating breathwork session in collaboration with Breasy. Surrounded by ambient soundscapes, the two-hour experience offers deep relaxation and renewal.

Community Mural

Visitors of all ages are invited to contribute to a large-scale mural inspired by the museum’s collection and architecture, a living artwork symbolising connection and creativity.

Flashlight Gallery Experience

Dim the lights, grab a flashlight, and rediscover the museum’s masterpieces in a rare nocturnal adventure. The experience brings the galleries to life through shadows, texture, and imagination.

Book an Easel

An intimate, guided painting session that allows guests to slow down and reconnect with their creative side. The Dome Plaza becomes a tranquil studio space for self-expression under the stars.

Quantum Dome – A Collective VR Experience

Step into history through virtual reality and journey across ancient civilisations, from Imperial Rome to Mughal India, in this immersive time-travel experience.
