Set Course

The route takes competitors through some of Dubai’s most cinematic settings. Starting from the golden shores of Jumeirah 3 Beach – Sunset, athletes will swim against the backdrop of the open Gulf, cycle past Meydan Racecourse, and finish beneath the commanding presence of the Burj Khalifa.

Designed to accommodate all levels, this year’s format expands accessibility. Participants can choose between:

The Duathlon Relay (5km run, 22km bike, 5km run)ideal for team participation.
The Sprint Race (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run)a shorter, high-energy format on Saturday, 15 November.
The T100 Triathlon (2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run)the elite 100km headline event on Sunday, 16 November.

For those looking for something lighter, the popular Music Run also returns on 15 November. The 5K fun run merges movement with rhythm, transforming the race into a festival of sound and self-expression — open to all ages and abilities.

Sports Meets Culture

His Excellency Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council, described Dubai T100 as a reflection of the city’s evolving sports culture:

“Dubai T100 reflects the vision of making sport and physical activity part of everyday life for everyone in the Emirate. It creates a powerful moment where world-class sport meets grassroots participation.”

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), highlighted the event’s deeper role in shaping the city’s identity:

“From Jumeirah Beach to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai T100 captures the spirit of a city that celebrates energy, diversity and community. Hosting it during the Dubai Fitness Challenge makes it even more meaningful, inspiring residents and visitors to embrace movement and wellness.”

More than a Race

With live music, food pop-ups, and partner activations planned across the weekend, the event promises the energy of a festival rather than a traditional competition. Spectator zones and viewing points will be announced soon, creating opportunities for the public to experience the city’s pulse from every angle.

Part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, Dubai joins an elite lineup of destinations including Singapore, London, San Francisco, and Qatar, which will host the championship finale in December. The tour, officially sanctioned by World Triathlon, brings together the world’s top triathletes across 100km races broadcast globally to 195 territories.

Whether racing, supporting or simply inspired to move, this November marks a moment to celebrate Dubai’s enduring pursuit of vitality, vision, and world-class hospitality.
