Akira Back Introduces “Back at Six” – Early Elevated Dining

Akira Back, W Dubai – The Palm’s award-winning dining destination recognised by the Michelin Guide Dubai 2022–2025, unveils “Back at Six”, a specially curated three-course menu available Monday to Friday from 6PM to 7PM.

Designed for early evening indulgence, family gatherings, and catching up with friends, the experience showcases Chef Akira Back’s signature modern Japanese cuisine through a carefully balanced selection of starters, mains, and desserts, all for AED 249 per person, with additional signature dishes available.

Guests can begin with standout starters such as Tuna or Mushroom Pizza with white truffle oil, Crispy Calamari with jalapeño mae ploy and lime, or AB Wagyu Tacos with roasted tomato ponzu. Tuna Tataki and Rock Shrimp Tempura are also offered as part of the extended selection. Main courses highlight Akira Back’s bold, flavour-driven approach, from Jidori Chicken with teriyaki sauce and potato purée, to Josper Grilled Salmon with garlic spinach and spicy teriyaki. Signature dishes such as the iconic Miso Black Cod, 48-Hour Short Rib, and Australian Wagyu Striploin complement the menu, allowing guests to personalize their experience. To finish, guests can choose from decadent desserts including Chocolate Lava Cake with hojicha ice cream, Butter Mochi Cake with coconut sorbet, or the refreshing Yuzu Citrus with strawberry gelato.
