Guests can indulge in Badam Pinni, wholesome ladoos made with dry fruits, wheat flour, desi ghee, phool makhana, and almonds; Mawa Casata, a silky melt-in-the-mouth mawa burfi infused with cardamom and dry fruits; and Dry Fruit Gujiya, flaky dumplings filled with a luscious nut mixture. The platter also includes Methi Bhakarwadi, crisp spiced crackers with fenugreek and carom seeds, and Imarti, a golden flower-shaped sweet soaked in saffron syrup. Complementing the selection is a refreshing Kesar Badam Thandai, a rich and aromatic milk-based drink infused with green cardamom, rose petals, and dry fruits.
