The globally acclaimed Japanese restaurant will host an exclusive pop-up at Yas Marina from December 1 to 7, coinciding with Abu Dhabi’s most anticipated sporting event of the year.
This December, Yas Marina’s glittering waterfront will welcome a culinary icon. Nobu, the world-renowned Japanese dining brand founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, will open an exclusive pop-up restaurant for one week only, from December 1 to 7, 2025, during Abu Dhabi’s high-octane Race Weekend.
Perched on the third floor of Building 1 at Yas Marina, the Nobu pop-up is set to be one of the most sought-after reservations of the season. Seating up to 220 guests, the space will offer a mix of indoor, outdoor, and private dining areas overlooking the marina, an ambiance where fine dining meets the pulse of the racetrack.
Chef Nobu Matsuhisa shared his enthusiasm:
“As a fan of motorsport, it feels very special to bring Nobu to Yas Marina for Race Weekend. Our signature dishes and classic flavours will be served to fans from all over the world who have come to enjoy one of the biggest sporting moments of the year. We’re looking forward to a week full of flavour, fun, and excitement in the kitchen and on the racetrack.”
A Culinary Experience in Motion
Guests can expect an exclusive Race Weekend menu featuring Nobu’s most celebrated creations, including the Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, and Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy Sauce – dishes that have defined the brand’s global reputation for refined yet approachable Japanese-Peruvian fusion.
The menu continues with luxurious signatures such as the Nobu Wagyu Sliders, Wagyu A9 Truffle Amazu with Crispy Onion, and Lobster Tempura with Tamari Honey Sauce. Each dish reflects Nobu’s signature balance of precision and flair, a combination that has captivated diners across continents.
Desserts are designed to mirror that same philosophy of harmony: the Miso Cappuccino, Mochi Ice Cream, and Nobu Cheesecake will complete the experience with an indulgent finale.
An Atmosphere That Mirrors the Race Itself
From Thursday to Sunday, Nobu will also offer three free-flowing beverage packages between 12 PM and 4 PM, inviting guests to toast to the race weekend in true Nobu fashion:
- Soft Beverage – AED 300 per person
- Premium House Beverage – AED 850 per person (cocktails, beer, house wine, and soft drinks)
- Premium Bubbly Package – AED 1,150 per person (premium champagne and house beverages)
Adding to the energy, a live DJ will perform daily, enhancing the setting with Nobu’s trademark cosmopolitan edge. The pop-up will welcome guests aged 21 and over after 9 PM, maintaining its elegant, grown-up atmosphere.

- Monday to Wednesday: 5 PM – 12 AM (last booking at 11:30 PM)
- Thursday to Sunday: 12 PM – 1 AM (last booking at 12:30 AM)
