At Fi’lia, Italian hospitality takes centre stage with a Tacchinella Ripiena – a golden, oven-baked turkey with sage, cranberry-orange sauce, roasted vegetables, and apple crumble. Designed for sharing, this family-style feast encapsulates everything SLS does best: warmth, flavour, and a touch of theatre.
