Emaar has officially announced its New Year’s Eve plans for 2025/26, unveiling a city-wide programme that will turn Downtown Dubai into one of the world’s most-watched destinations on December 31. This year, the celebration extends beyond a single night, running from 31 December to 7 January, marking one of Emaar’s most ambitious festive programmes to date.
Burj Khalifa Fireworks & Performances
At the heart of the celebration is the Burj Khalifa, where Emaar will deliver its signature firework display alongside a large-scale light, laser, and multimedia show across the tower’s façade. The surrounding areas, including the Dubai Mall promenade, Burj Lake, and the wider Downtown district, will be activated with live performances, roaming entertainment, and installations staged simultaneously across multiple viewing points.
Guests can expect a multi-layered production combining choreography, aerial elements, visual effects, cinematic music, and interactive moments designed for both on-ground audiences and global livestream viewers. The entire district will operate as an open-air stage, ensuring visitors experience the show from several angles, not just one central point.
Burj Park Welcomes Shah Rukh Khan
For those seeking a more curated vantage point, Burj Park will once again offer a ticketed experience with controlled entry, dedicated viewing zones, and uninterrupted sightlines towards the Burj Khalifa. This year, the venue elevates its programming through an exclusive collaboration with Frontstage (Red Chilies Entertainment), introducing a Bollywood-led performance crafted especially for Burj Park. As part of this cinematic experience, Shah Rukh Khan, one of the most influential figures in global cinema, will contribute to the evening’s entertainment, adding a rare and compelling layer available only to ticket holders. Families can also expect children’s workshops, food stations, and pre-show activities throughout the park.
A Week of Entertainment
Across the week, Emaar will continue festive programming throughout Downtown Dubai with additional shows, daily activations, and a large-scale parade featuring floats, performers, and puppetry inspired by Dubai’s cultural and creative identity.
Tickets for Burj Park are available through Emaar’s official NYE website, priced at AED 950 for adults and AED 550 for children aged 5–12. Entry is free for children under five, provided a ticket is reserved in advance.
Emaar’s 2025/26 New Year’s Eve production continues to position Dubai as one of the leading global destinations for year-end celebrations, combining scale, precision, and spectacle in a way only the city can deliver.
