Positioned on Level 1 with uninterrupted views of the finish line, The Gallery presents a vantage point that places guests at the centre of the action, where every moment of the race unfolds in full view.
The experience begins in the early afternoon with a refined Afternoon Tea, served from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, setting a composed tone before the pace of the day gradually builds. As the atmosphere shifts, the space transitions into a more dynamic setting, introducing live cooking stations and roaming service that bring a sense of movement and interaction to the dining experience.
At the heart of the evening is a four-hour culinary programme titled “Taste of the World,” running from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. The concept brings together a globally inspired menu designed for indulgence, offering guests a curated journey across flavours as the headline races approach.
Alongside the dining, The Gallery introduces a dedicated Cocktail Garden, where guests can move between classic favourites including Aperol Spritz, Martinis and Mojitos, adding a social rhythm to the day that extends well beyond the track.
