This season, TATTU Sky Pool debuts Lotus & Rosé, its first-ever midweek social created exclusively for women, offering an elevated alternative to the city’s after-hours rhythm.
Launching on 27 January and taking place every Tuesday from 7pm to 11pm, Lotus & Rosé is designed as a gathering rather than a traditional ladies’ night. Set 76 floors above the city, the experience blends flowing rosé, modern Asian cuisine, and a DJ-led soundtrack into a seamless evening that moves effortlessly from sunset to late night.
A Setting That Defines the Mood
With sweeping views across the marina and Bluewaters, TATTU Sky Pool offers a sense of distance from the city below. On cooler evenings, guests can dine al fresco around fire pits beneath the open sky; indoors, floor-to-ceiling windows frame the skyline in cinematic detail.

Dining as a Social Experience
Lotus & Rosé centres around a thoughtfully crafted three-course menu, reflecting TATTU’s modern Asian culinary style with dishes that balance refinement and indulgence.
Starters include options such as Salmon Roll with torched salmon and wasabi salsa, Seven-Spiced Seared Tuna with truffle aioli and caviar, or Salt & Pepper Aubergine with garlic and cherry hoisin. Mains follow with a choice of Asian BBQ Chicken or Sea Bass Fillet glazed with miso, before the evening concludes on a playful note with Japanese Doughnuts finished with green matcha and white chocolate.
The menu is designed to complement the social flow of the evening, satisfying without feeling heavy, indulgent without excess.
Rosé to Set the Tone
The experience includes two hours of free-flow rosé, alongside selected wines and prosecco, allowing the evening to unfold at an unhurried pace. For those seeking an added touch of celebration, a Moët & Chandon Champagne upgrade is available, elevating the experience without altering its relaxed elegance.

Symbolism in the Details
Inspired by the lotus and rose in Chinese culture, symbols of purity, renewal, and quiet strength, the concept is subtle but intentional. It positions Lotus & Rosé as more than a weekly offer, instead, a ritual that invites women to gather, unwind, and reset above the city, without the pressure of formality or performance.

The New Shape of Midweek Socialising
The DJ-led soundtrack provides energy without overwhelming the space, allowing the focus to remain on shared moments rather than staged experiences.
Priced at AED 275 per person, the experience includes the full three-course menu and free-flow rosé, striking a balance between accessibility and luxury that feels appropriate for a weekly ritual.
